What are all the normal tests done before you buy a house?
For example, lead pipes, the water table, septic tank, blah, blah, blah, blah. What should I know? For the record, I think at the start or at least beat the system of heating oil with a combination of panels solar, wind and hydro and geo-thermal system. But I will buy a first home
